Pregnancy is one of the most monumental times in your life. Capturing the love and bond you already share with your child is something you will cherish forever. As a mother of two, I know the memories of pregnancy can fade all too quickly. Being able to capture this meaningful time through maternity photos allows you to preserve this special time for eternity.

I met Kelly, Lee + their 17 month old baby Lee the third at Baker Park in Frederick, Maryland. It was a beautiful evening to capture Kelly and her boys as they prepare for their newest addition to the family. Currently pregnant with her second son Ryker, Kelly is simply stunning and the love she already has for her son is undeniable.

Kelly brought along a couple of items to our session including sonogram picture of Ryker. I loved being able to incorporate the sonogram picture. It’s like having him there with us. Lee is so excited to have another son and watching him with Kelly is the sweetest.

Baker Park has a huge willow tree that is absolutely stunning at sunset. At the very beginning of our session, I showed Kelly + Lee the tree and let them know that’s where we would be ending the day. Come sunset, the tree did not disappoint. The moments captured at this spot are my favorite from the day.

Kelly + Lee, thank you for allowing me to be a part of this special time in your lives. I can’t wait to work with you both again and capture baby Ryker during his fresh 48 and newborn sessions soon!
