Since I opened my business ten years ago, I’ve never had an “official” office. I’ve had a designated work space at home but never a real office where I could meet and entertain clients. Two years ago when my second daughter Caroline was born, my husband not only was in the process of building our new home, but also created the makings of a future Expressions office complete with a seperate entrance just for my clients.  << One heck of a push present!  

Fast forward to now and the time has come to finish Expressions very first client friendly workspace! I’ve been sharing behind the scenes peeks on our Instagram Stories, but I’m excited to share the progress with you here. We still have a little ways to go, but it will be done before you know it, with drywall being hung next week!

The newly remodeled space will have a separate entrance for clients with a dedicated working space for my computer and equipment, consultation room and bathroom. It’s going to be so nice to have a space to meet with you and showcase different products like albums, prints and large canvases. Having a comfortable space for you to relax and review your images on a large screen choosing which to add to your album or hang over top of the fireplace will be another amazing feature I can’t wait to have available.

One of my favorite aspects of my new space is our beverage bar. Now during initial consultations or our viewing sessions you’ll be able to enjoy hot tea, coffee, water, wine or whatever else you may like without the bustling of baristas in the background.

It’s going to be so nice to meet you all in a welcoming space and have everything I need right there, without me having to haul everything along with me our meetings! Overall, it’s going to enhance the Expressions client experience and I can’t wait for it to be complete. It feels like forever, but I know I’ll be sharing the finished photos instead of these progress shots soon!
